We have a policy of hiring locally for all projects, to ensure the local community direcly benefits from the employment opportunities we create. We also contribute to the local economy by making all purchases through local suppliers where possible.
Golden International makes a significant contribution by educating and training members of the local communities in which we work. By helping to developing skills and knowledge within the local populace not only do we increase the talent pool from which we can recruit, but we also provide lasting benefit to the community. Each year we sponsor 10 students to study in fields such as geology, geophysics and environmental protection.
